Shipping Policy

We proudly ship all CodaBax orders within the United States via trusted carriers. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Please note: During high-demand periods (such as campaign launches), processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience as we pack every order with care.

Return Policy

Because every CodaBax item supports workforce development and is made with purpose, returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. If your order arrives with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at customerservice@codabax.com with a photo and description of the issue.

We’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or general wear and tear.

Refund Policy

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after we’ve received and inspected the item. Refunds are issued for the product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item is damaged or missing in transit, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please notify us within 3 days of your delivery date.
